BoulderFlood aftermath

After helping many clients all over Boulder County with their flood related restoration, we had to remove over 6″ of standing water and dry out our own crawlspace in our home for a week and a half with turbo dryers and refrigerant dehumidifiers. After cleaning and taking apart our furnace we were able to save it which took a huge load of worry and expense off our mind.  We hope all of  you reading this are finally recovering from the disaster which befell all of us here in the best State in the U.S.- Colorado.

Comcast fail during the best Broncos’ game in many years!

Our family finally had time to watch a highly anticipated Broncos’ game- (which was cut short by Comcast’s signal disappearing for almost 1/2 of the game with no apology- if you were ever treated by us in the same way we would have cleaned your carpet for free- see our guarantee at http://www.spotcleaningexpress.com; but we also had time to watch one of the shows we like to watch to relax- Shipping Wars.

Free, ECO Cleaning, Coupon, Green Cleaning

While watching Shipping Wars, I realized that the carpet cleaning business in Boulder is quite similar to the shipping business.  Both industries have companies like ours that strive to do the very best for their clients. Many other companies (coupon companies) really do not care about you at all- just getting the next job- in other words- a “Jarett like” company.  The almost “free” or coupon companies think that all you want is a low price and to salivate when you hear the words “Green cleaning or Eco cleaning”- the majority of these companies have no quality workmanship, experience, training, top quality equipment, insurance, or professionalism involved. Ask them how long they have been in business, or the certifications they have …   We think you do not want people with a Shipping Wars “Jarett” type attitude or company cleaning your home or business.

Education in cleaning systems

In learning the ever evolving aspects and systems of cleaning- (All Phase Carpet and Upholstery) and (All Phase Cleaning Services) have taken over 20 years to learn all the various aspects of the cleaning business and all the new systems and procedures that have evolved over the years.   Since 1990 we have learned in a systemic manner about every area of our adopted profession by taking class after class- seminar after seminar, reading book after book, and most importantly making mistake after mistake (and fixing the mistakes), which means you will be hiring the very best cleaning professionals in Janitorial, Office Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Oriental and Area Rug Cleaning, and Tile and Grout Cleaning services in Boulder County when you call (303-938-1793) today:)

Phillip Monette of the Flagstaff House Restaurant restoring a Synagogue in Boulder during the Boulder Flood

All of us here at All Phase Carpet and Upholstery of Boulder hope and pray that all of you are safe and dry after undergoing one of the most traumatic flooding experiences in recent Boulder and Colorado front range history- The Boulder Flood.  We normally do Carpet Cleaning in Boulder and Carpet Cleaning in Niwot and the rest of Boulder County for all of our wonderful clients who we have served for over 20 years.  During this time of emergency we have suspended Carpet Cleaning in Boulder so we can respond to numerous emergencies our clients are experiencing during this unprecedented weather event in Colorado.  I have been putting together a list of resources, but just received several emails and Twitter notices which should fulfill quite a bit of your needs- I will add to this blog as I find new sources of flood resource and rebuilding information- so come back and check on a regular basis:)  We are praying for all of you and know that if we all work together we know that Colorado will come through this weather event stronger than before.

Here are the Boulder Flood Resources I and others have located for you so far:

Here is a link to a partial list of businesses and organizations that are providing help to victims of the Colorado floods:

Be very careful of out of town remediators who tell you  that mold is a huge problem in your home or business- verify the problem with several companies before doing mold remediation in Colorado.

Carpet Cleaning in Boulder- satisfaction guaranteed

Monday, August 20th, 2012

Thank you Boulder students!!  August is the busiest month of the year for All Phase Carpet and Upholstery and we have had a lot of fun cleaning student rentals this month.  Going into a unit that has not been cleaned for an entire year that smells like stale beer and transforming it into a nice, clean, fresh smelling unit is wonderful- the landlord and new tenants are always happy when we accomplish our magic.  Normally we clean two regular homes per day, but in August we clean up to 20 rental units per day.  Our people love the challenge and always learn new methods of stain and odor removal.  Since we are experts in all phases of the move-out clean- kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, blinds. floors, and all the carpet cleaning, we have developed systems over 18+ years that help us keep the cost down for the landlord and the tenant-everybody wins!

Now that rental season is over,  we look forward to cleaning your carpet, oriental rugs, carpet, tile and grout, or upholstery.  Give us a call at (303) 938-1793 to make an appointment today:)

A fire was averted in this picture- thank you so much for keeping us safe this year Boulder fire fighters and emergency workers:)
